Barnabas means “Son of Encouragement” — one who comes alongside and helps others.

Our vision and calling is to minister to the needs of the body of Christ at Calvary Chapel of Central Bucks by providing care in the form of Encouragement, Care Teams, Financial Counseling, Visitation Ministry and Meal Ministry.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

The Barnabas Ministry serves those in need in the Body of Christ at Calvary Chapel in the following ways:

• Financial Counseling
  Offers help with developing a budget or guidance with your finances.

• Care Teams
  Small groups of volunteers who minister God's love and grace through physical tasks as need's arise for men, women, couples, or families that consider Calvary Chapel of Central Bucks their home church.

• Visitation Ministry
  A team of volunteers who share the love of Christ through visiting our shut-ins and those in the hospital.

• Meal Ministry
  Provides home-cooked meals to bless those who are recuperating from any condition that necessitates a time of rehabilition; the loss of an immediate family member; or any other circumstance that the provision of meals would be a benefit to.  Providing a meal is a blessing for both the giver and the receiver!
