Please review the following information regarding placing your child in the nursery or toddler room at Calvary Chapel of Central Bucks. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this information, please contact the Nursery or Toddler Room Coordinator:
Guidelines of Health
If your child is sick, we ask that you please stay at home with him/her. We are trying to protect all of our children and we appreciate your cooperation and consideration of others. Please watch for the following symptoms that indicate a child is SICK and should NOT be dropped off for to the nursery or toddler room:
• Fever of 100 degrees and above, diarrhea or vomiting within the last 24 hours • Sneezing, coughing that is 4 days old or less • Green or yellowish nasal discharge (yuck!) • A rash of any unknown or contagious origin
Belongings
Please be sure to label all of your child’s belongings (diaper bag, sippy cup, bottles, snacks, etc.). CCCB Diaper Tags are available for you at your classroom.
Allergies
Please be sure to alert Children’s Ministry Staff if your child has any allergies.
Supervision
Please be sure to manage your children when they are not in their classroom. For everyone’s safety, please see that they refrain from running inside the building or traveling outside without your assistance.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
When signing your child into the nursery or toddler room, please use the sign-in sheet located in the white binder. Note your child’s name, home phone #, allergies, and any special instructions.
Paging System
You will receive a numbered card that corresponds with the number on the sign-in sheet. The Children Ministry Staff will use this number to help identify you and your child at the time you are picking him/her up. This is also the number you will see displayed on the monitors hanging in the sanctuary if assistance with your child is needed. On very rare occasions, the Children’s Ministry Staff may need a parent to leave the service and comfort their crying or upset child.
In order to be the least disruptive to the adult service, we ask that you sit in the seats toward the back of the sanctuary. This will make it easier for you to exit through the back doors and give you quicker access to your child.
Many loving hearts and hands are needed in the Children’ s Ministry. If you desire to get involved, or if you have any questions about Children’ s Ministry, please e-mail
